My old one accidently "died" so I needed a replacement. Since I already have one from this company (I think like two-three-four? yrs ago) I couldn't be wrong to try 'm again. No mistake - I'm very satisfied. I'm keeping three of those "little pocket brains". One in my office, one in portable shop/office(trailer) and one in my car(that one is the oldest one -it was replacement when my previous calc. died right after 9/11 - so it is "granny" but still working. Not as "smart" as those new ones ,doesn't have Armadillo protective case- that's why is just in the car - but it's my long "business partner")...it is worth the money and it totally fit my needs.

Purchased this item to replace an older model that was lost. Has all the great features needed for all phases of construction. Instruction booklet included. Like that it also comes with a hard cover. This model actually cost me less than my older previous model!

The conversions that this calculator can do are incredibly helpful if you are someone who needs to jump between different units of measure.

I've own several of the Construction Master 4, love them. Great calculator, easy to use and would buy several more. If I could find them brand new. Simple to use use for concrete work, find out weight differences and stud layout.
