Very comfortable chair. Very well constructed and really sturdy. Agree that arms are a bit low but this really doesn't bother me - there is one distinct advantage depending on how you set the height - it fits under desk with no interference from the arms. Goes together easily - was surprised at the weight of the chair - quite heavy but as I said very sturdy and yet rolls easily. Lumber support just right for myself - it's adjustable. Won't mention the price here but at the present price it is a terrific value.

I bought this chair for my home office - which I only use ocassionally. I wanted something comfortable and with nice support without spending a fortune. This chair is great. My only complaint is the arms are positioned too low to be useful and not adjustable. If you work from home you might want to get something a bit higher-end with more adjustable features like the arms and lumbar support. But for a solid, comfortable chair, this one is great.

I love the chair but gave it four stars due to the arms on the chair. I bought this chair to replace one I had in my home office. This chair is very comfortable and gives great back support. The arms are way too low for this chair and you cannot adjust them so you may as well not even have the arms on the chair. Other than that, I highly recommend this chair for the support it gives you.

I purchased two different office chairs for me and my associate. I told her to sit in them to see which one she liked the best. This is the one she liked. It had the mid support just where she needed it and it is comfortable to sit for a long time.
